Cairo – Pyramids and Egyptian Museum from Hurghada

We leave the hotel at night (approx. 2:00). Sightseeing of Cairo with a Polish-speaking Guide will begin around 8 am. Our first point of the trip will be the Egyptian Museum, located in the heart of Cairo at the famous Tahrir Square. There we will see a wide collection of Egyptian monuments around the world, which covers all eras of ancient Egyptian history for 6,000 years. More than 160,000 masterpieces are waiting for you on two floors, from the Tutankhamun Treasure, a great collection of gold finds and jewelry that was stored under the sand for over 350 decades, until the final discovery of the New Kingdom tomb in 1922!

Then we will go to the Nile River, where those willing will be able to sail on a beautiful cruise for an additional fee ($10). Later, we will go to a restaurant for a lunch in the form of a buffet.

After lunch, we will go by bus to Giza – there we will see the three Great Pyramids of the pharaohs: Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos. We will also not miss the largest statue in the world, the Sphinx. On the way back, we will learn the history of papyri, visit the gallery where we will learn how papyrus paintings were created. We will also visit a perfume factory, where we will drink tea and smell amazing perfumes. We will return to the hotel around 11 pm.
